These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of dewanmarketing.com and to any account, digital product, course or service you obtain from DEWAN Marketing Agency ("DEWAN", "we", "us"). By using the website, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About DEWAN
DEWAN is a marketing and revenue-growth agency licensed in the Emirate of Dubai by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under trade licence no. 1631716, with its office at 101 Armada Hotel, Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or misleading information, sending spam through our forms, or copying our content for commercial purposes without permission.
3. Accounts
- You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Client workspace accounts are activated only after DEWAN approves them. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.
- Learner accounts give access to the products and courses you have enrolled in.
4. Marketing services
- Agency services, including the 90-Day Revenue Engine, are provided under a proposal or service agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
- Prices shown on the website are a guide. The 90-Day Revenue Engine is priced at AED 4,999 in total for the full 90-day program, not per month. Monthly services are marked "/ month".
- Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta, TikTok or other platforms is not included in our fees unless your agreement says otherwise, and is paid directly to the platform.
- You are responsible for providing the access, approvals, information and content we reasonably need, and for ensuring that materials you give us do not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. Results shown in our case studies reflect the work for those specific clients and are not a guarantee of future results.
5. Digital products and courses
- When you buy or enroll in a digital product or course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own business or learning.
- You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publicly post, record or copy the content, or use it to create competing training materials.
- Access is provided through your account for as long as DEWAN continues to offer the product, unless a different period is stated at the time of purchase. We may update course content to keep it accurate.
- We may suspend access if we detect account sharing or other misuse.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Any applicable VAT will be shown before you pay.
- Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in AED, and other methods shown at checkout.
- Access to a paid product is granted once the payment provider confirms your payment.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and DEWAN's policies.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The website, our brand, methods, course materials, templates and other content belong to DEWAN or its licensors. Ownership of deliverables created for clients is governed by the relevant service agreement; until all fees are paid, DEWAN retains ownership of the deliverables.
9. Third-party platforms and links
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp and Stripe. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or decisions (for example ad account restrictions), or for the content of external websites we link to.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DEWAN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from any product or service is limited to the amount you paid DEWAN for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Sanctions
DEWAN will not trade with, or provide any services to, OFAC-sanctioned or other sanctioned countries, entities or persons in accordance with applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase or use applies.
